1. The Service
AI Data Inspector ("the Service") is a browser-based tool that analyzes chat conversation exports from multiple AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek) locally. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2. Your data stays with you
The Service performs all parsing, search, scanning and export in your browser, using your device’s CPU and RAM. We do not upload, store, transmit, sell, or claim ownership of the files or contents you analyze. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to analyze and for ensuring you have the right to process and export it.
3. Optional account & payments features
The analyzer requires no account. Optional Google Sign-In is used only to label community support tiers, and optional support payments are processed by Razorpay. Use of these optional features is covered by Google’s and Razorpay’s respective terms and privacy policies. You may use the core analyzer entirely anonymously.
4. Advertising
Marketing and guide pages may display advertising served by Google AdSense and partners. Ad requests and their handling (including personalized versus non-personalized delivery and any cookies) are governed by our Privacy Policy and the IAB TCF v2.3 choices you make on the page. Ad content never receives access to your conversation data.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to process content you do not have the right to process, to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, to interfere with its operation, or to use it in any way that violates applicable law. The Service is intended for personal and legitimate business analysis of your own AI chat history.
6. No warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Parsing results depend on the structure of the files you provide; files from unsupported or modified export formats may not parse correctly. Token counts, cost estimates and severity classifications are best-effort approximations, not guarantees.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtilityBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data. You use the Service at your own risk, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any exports or reports you generate.
8. Intellectual property
The Service’s interface and tooling are our property. Reports and exports you generate from your own files remain yours. "ChatGPT", "Claude", "Apple", and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and on this page.
